About Ron McCall
Ron is an awarding winning artist who works in colored pencil, airbrush, watercolor and oil paintings but who specializes in and is best known for pen and ink stipple drawings. Landmarks on the Blue Ridge Parkway and Virginia Tech are frequent subjects of his work which are displayed in venues throughout Southwest Virginia.
Raised in Giles County, Ron graduated from Radford University with BS in Art and earned a Master of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech. He currently makes his home in Christiansburg, Virginia.

How’s business these days?
Slow, but that’s somewhat intentional at this point. We’re still working some stuff out before we try to hit the ground running and we’re finishing up a big project that takes a lot of time. We’ll get there and give the art and this site the attention it deserves.
